What if I just have one project?

I do not work on a project-by-project basis (unless you are already a monthly client who needs to add a project - then, let's talk!).


Do unused hours rollover to the next month?

No. Unused hours do not rollover into the next month and are non-refundable.

I work on retainer, meaning that I am dedicated to you for the hours that you have paid for each month, whether or not you use them. 


When will I be billed?

Plans are billed on the first of the month. The bill for December goes out on December 1st.


What if I need more hours?

If you only need an extra couple of hours, they will be billed per hour at a slightly higher hourly rate and added to your invoice for the following month.

If you know that you will need 5 or 10 more hours ahead of time (i.e. you know that December will be busy), these hours can be added in advance at the regular rate.

Of course, upgrades are subject to availability (I'm only one person!)
